Job Summary
Managing project activities throughout the entire life cycle, the contract Project Manager will independently plan, direct, and coordinate projects remotely, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget while adhering to Mayo Clinic's project management standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve project goals
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure collaboration on project deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management for medium to large cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred
- PMP certification is preferred
- Experience with Agile delivery practices and Jira
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
