Job Summary
Independently planning and delivering project activities, the remote Project Manager will manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with Mayo Clinic's project management standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project goals and deadlines
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure collaboration on project deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management supporting medium to large cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred
- PMP certification is preferred
- Experience with Agile delivery practices and Jira
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
