Project Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the planning and execution of strategic digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Associate Project Manager will assist with project coordination, change management, and training while working remotely under the direction of the Program Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in tracking timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent transformation projects
- Support the development and execution of change strategies and stakeholder engagement activities
- Help design and deliver training for AI tools and new systems tailored to user roles and needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; CAPM, Agile, or Prosci certification is a plus
- 3 - 5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role
- Familiarity with change management principles and training concepts
- Exposure to AI tools, SaaS platforms, and process automation technologies
- Experience using project management software to organize work and track progress
