Job Summary
Leading complex projects and programs in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Manager will ensure successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction while serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project governance, financials, risk management, and overall engagement health
- Build and strengthen client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth
- Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations while mentoring consulting team members
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, program management, or client advisory roles
- Proven success in leading client engagements and managing executive-level relationships
- Experience with account management and proposal/RFP development
- Bachelor's degree required; PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications preferred
