Job Summary

Managing the full project management lifecycle for customer projects, the full-time Project Manager will oversee multiple project teams, coordinate project activities, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle activities including reporting, resource management, budgeting, and scheduling
• Oversee multiple project teams, prioritizing activities based on customer requirements and service level agreements
• Consult with customers and project teams to identify needs, set project goals, and ensure adherence to contract requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct customer-facing experience with SaaS processes and technologies
• Minimum 2+ years of project management experience in deploying enterprise projects and technology products
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or NetSuite Suite Projects Pro
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret, Public Trust, or higher clearance
• US Citizenship (non-dual) required
