Project Manager
Job Summary
To support the Operations department, the remote Project Manager will own the timely delivery of multiple projects, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout each phase.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and execute detailed project plans while collaborating with creative and social teams
- Proactively identify and escalate potential issues that may impact project timelines or budgets
- Coordinate with Finance for monthly billing, budget tracking, and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years of experience in a PR or marketing communications agency, preferably in healthcare
- Recognized project management aptitude
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
