Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting senior-level project managers, the full-time Project Manager will oversee smaller projects, manage day-to-day communications, financials, and relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing multiple projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
• Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to clients and internal teams while supervising project documentation and compliance
• Coordinate project team activities, including scheduling meetings and delivering status reports to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience coordinating brand, marketing, campaign, and digital projects in a consulting or agency environment
• Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on project management, advertising/marketing, or a related field
• Experience with project management methodologies and life cycles, including resource allocation and risk mitigation
• Familiarity with print and digital production processes, as well as managing deliverables against a media plan
• Strong digital literacy in Google Suite/MS Office and project management software such as Workamajig or Jira
