Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading project execution from inception to completion, the full-time Project Manager will manage project workplans, ensure team accountability, and support client engagements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partners with Account to define project requirements and success metrics while creating and managing project workplans
• Manages execution of work, tracks resource needs, and mitigates risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Participates in client meetings to support communication and problem-solving regarding executional tasks and challenges

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical advertising or medical communications
• Expertise in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Demonstrated ability to onboard and train others at the Associate level
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities effectively
