Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the delivery of assigned projects within the Curriculum Development department, the full-time Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while collaborating with teams across the UK and US in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to close, including resourcing, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Identify and engage vendors or external resources to meet project requirements while managing competing priorities
• Maintain clear visibility of project status and risks, communicating proactively with stakeholders and escalating decisions as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years' project management experience, or equivalent education and experience
• PMP or PMI Agile Certification (PMI-ACP) preferred
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
• Background in educational publishing or digital/video production workflows is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify complex issues and recommend practical solutions
