Job Summary
Leading a Strategic Portfolio Management engagement, the remote Project Manager will serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, oversee governance and status reporting, and drive the SPM roadmap from assessment through implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP) covering scope, schedule, milestones, and risk management
- Lead support to the agency's OCFO Governance Board, including briefings and risk tracking
- Oversee Current State Assessment activities and guide Organizational Change Management strategies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of overall management experience, with relevant experience within the last 5 years
- Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business, Finance/Accounting, or a related field (PMP certification may substitute for the degree)
- Demonstrated experience managing federal financial management, IT modernization, or portfolio management engagements
- Strong track record leading multi-stakeholder engagements across government program offices and IT divisions
- Ability to pass a federal background check and U.S. citizenship required
