Job Summary

Managing client integration requirements remotely, the full-time Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager will oversee multiple onboarding projects, ensuring effective communication, timely resolution of issues, and maximizing client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for clients, clearly defining project expectations and timelines
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, advocating for their needs and ensuring successful project delivery
• Facilitate training sessions and create onboarding content to educate clients on software solutions and maximize their value

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with a focus on client interactions and technical collaboration
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, and Asana
• High school diploma or equivalent; project management certification and/or college degree preferred
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a self-starter mentality
• Availability for on-call support 24/7
