Job Summary

Managing mid to large-scale interactive website design and development projects, the remote Project Manager will serve as the key point of contact for clients and project teams, ensuring successful delivery while overseeing resources and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects with creative, design, strategy, and tech teams
• Monitor project risks and scope creep, proactively identifying solutions to potential problems
• Communicate project status and strategic recommendations to clients and team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery

Required qualifications

• Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery to implementation
• Familiarity with established design systems to facilitate cross-team collaboration
• Proficiency in project management or KANBAN tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Smartsheet
• Ability to manage client expectations and solicit feedback effectively
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes
