Job Summary
Leading Agile software development teams in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Project Manager will manage the full application and systems lifecycle for a federal government healthcare modernization project, ensuring alignment with program objectives and budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of application and systems projects using the SAFe DevSecOps framework
- Lead Agile Scrum teams and coordinate project schedules, costs, and performance metrics
- Track and report project milestones, risks, and dependencies to program leadership and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience managing IT projects
- Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale IT projects throughout the full application or systems development lifecycle
- Experience leading Agile Scrum teams and applying project management methodologies in software development environments
- Demonstrated ability to track and manage project costs, schedules, and delivery progress
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance
