Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sr Associate Project Manager will manage analytical similarity sample management for biosimilar programs, ensuring project coordination and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management to technical teams developing biosimilar candidates through to regulatory approval
• Manage logistics for sample distribution and maintain inventory in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Document archival and data verification for internal documents and regulatory filings in controlled document systems

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of Project Management experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical research and development or nonclinical drug development programs
• Familiarity with document management systems and project management tools
• Experience coordinating scientific or regulatory documents throughout the document lifecycle
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a life science discipline, regulatory affairs, business, or a related field is preferred
