Seeking a Project Manager to shape the future of lunar technologies and missions, this full-time position based in Pittsburgh, PA, offers the flexibility of onsite or remote work and involves developing program budgets and schedules for lunar landers and spacecraft while supporting proposal content creation and managing project risks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop program budgets and schedules for new concepts and designs of lunar landers, rovers, and spacecraft
- Support proposal content creation for mission opportunities and internal development programs
- Communicate with engineering disciplines, partners, customers, and vendors to resolve technical risks and challenges
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline plus 5-10 years of relevant engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience in project or program management, project finance, and program planning
- Experience developing programmatic content for proposals and external customer presentations
- Strong understanding of the launch, space, and lunar environments
- Experience authoring and decomposing financial and contractual volumes
