Job Summary

Managing clinical study operations remotely, the contract Project Manager will oversee project scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring compliance with regulations and effective communication between stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assume primary accountability for clinical research projects and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and corporate policies
• Manage overall project scope, budget, and timelines, identifying success factors for analysis and reporting
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring proactive communication of project-specific information and updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science/healthcare or equivalent education, with 5 years of experience in clinical project management
• Experience in managing external vendors and leading project operational teams through clinical study processes
• Proficiency in writing, reviewing, and editing clinical protocols and study reports, with knowledge of the FDA submission process
• CRO experience is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
