Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, the full-time remote Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and drive delivery across internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, product, engineering, support, and client stakeholders
• Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items while communicating project health to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software implementation, SaaS, enterprise applications, or professional services environments
• Demonstrated experience managing software implementation or deployment projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Ability to identify and drive process improvements
• Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
