Job Summary

Leading the delivery of learning experience and business transformation projects, the full-time LX Project Manager will manage projects end-to-end while ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through closure in alignment with PMO lifecycle standards
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication and overall client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Learning & Development, Education, Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience managing end-to-end project delivery
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
• Proven success managing client-facing projects in complex and fast-changing environments
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and schedules
