Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of User Experience Research vendor engagements, the full-time Project Manager will coordinate procurement processes, drive project completion, and communicate status updates proactively while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for User Experience Researchers, guiding them through vendor and procurement processes
• Own and advance a portfolio of vendor engagements from intake through execution, ensuring timely completion of each case
• Proactively report on project status, risks, and blockers to management and stakeholders without being prompted

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 4+ years of project coordination or project/program management experience, including formal PM training or certification
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, particularly in research contexts
• Familiarity with case, ticket, or workflow management systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
