Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple capital improvement projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager will oversee day-to-day activities across programming, planning, design, construction, and project closeout while ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project-specific goals, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies for successful project delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
• Coordinate due diligence activities and ensure all required project documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate real estate, project management, or construction management
• Practical experience working with ADA requirements and construction-related compliance standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
