Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing assigned projects on a part-time basis, the Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, oversee project deliverables, and communicate ongoing project status while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned project and key deliverables while planning and organizing all aspects of retrospective, outcome, and prospective projects
• Lead necessary team training efforts and coordinate with staff and leaders to monitor project activities and discuss findings
• Maintain communication regarding project outcomes, barriers, and financial management to ensure successful completion of project milestones

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required
• Military experience preferred
• Proven relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational abilities
