Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead strategic finance and technology initiatives, the remote contingent Project Manager will manage end-to-end delivery of digital finance transformation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful deployment while maintaining project scope, timelines, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of digital finance transformation projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Shared Services, and implementation partners to drive project success
• Facilitate project governance, executive reporting, and decision-making forums while identifying and mitigating project risks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading business and technology initiatives
• Proven experience in finance transformation, ERP, or digital process improvement projects
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Experience working in SAP environments, with knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP BTP preferred
• PMP, Agile, or related project management certification is preferred
