Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Project Manager will lead and support church partners in establishing and growing the Better Jobs ministry, providing training, managing projects, and ensuring successful job fairs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for churches and volunteers, and attend job fairs to support ministry launches
• Manage project schedules and provide problem-solving support to churches implementing the Better Jobs ministry
• Run reports, measure project performance, and nurture relationships with employer partners and job coaches

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, project management, business management, or a related field, plus a minimum of three years of relevant project management experience; or a minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, Canva, and Basecamp
• Alignment with Better Together's core values
• Ability to maintain regular communication with the team to coordinate efforts and provide updates
