Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading a variety of Product, Technology, and Lean Management projects, the full-time remote Project Manager will collaborate with Product Owners, IT resources, and business stakeholders to develop and implement project plans while ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manages a portfolio of complex technology-focused projects that drive significant returns
- Facilitates project kickoff and status meetings, ensuring effective communication and task allocation among team members
- Partners with Product Owners and IT resources to oversee technology projects, maintaining quality control throughout development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in financial services
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, CSM, and/or SAFE Agilist
- Experience leading agile scrum teams in a remote environment, with at least 2 years as a SCRUM master
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Salesforce) and MS Office applications
