Project Manager
Job Summary
To support large-scale construction projects, the full-time Project Manager will manage stakeholders, track milestone activities, and ensure best practices are applied while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects
- Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously and produce formal project status reports
- Provide technical support and expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Effective presentation skills
