Project Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams, the full-time remote Project Manager will lead project execution, manage requirements, and ensure successful outcomes aligned with customer goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project and contract execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations
• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements while facilitating workshops and planning sessions
• Manage project backlogs, priorities, timelines, and risks across multiple initiatives, monitoring project health and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, business analysis, or program management experience supporting technology initiatives
• Experience managing federal government contracts and understanding service-based delivery models
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
• Strong resource planning and capacity management skills
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
