Key Responsibilities

• Onboard up to 10 advertisers per month, addressing issues related to due dates and deliverables
• Ensure all sponsor requirements are received, approved, and delivered on time
• Maintain a high average satisfaction rating from advertisers by addressing their questions and concerns promptly

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project management, preferably with tools like Asana
• Background in client management
• Familiarity with digital marketing or the fertility industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
• Must be located in the United States or Canada and authorized to work in the United States
