Project Manager - Agile Delivery

Job Summary

Leading high-visibility initiatives, the full-time Project Manager - Agile Delivery will own project delivery from initiation to completion in a hybrid environment, coordinating multiple Agile teams and stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own project delivery across the full lifecycle, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risks
• Coordinate work across multiple Agile teams and external partners, ensuring seamless execution
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile teams in maintaining backlog readiness and sprint alignment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end project delivery within IT or business environments
• Proven success managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and dependencies
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery principles and Scrum practices
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
• PMP certification preferred; Scrum Master certification is advantageous
