Project Manager (AI)

Job Summary

Leading the AI communications strategy, the contract Project Manager (AI) will leverage Copilot AI Agents and other emerging tools to enhance scalable communications capabilities while working flexibly from home or onsite in Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency in business communications
• Integrate technology platforms to enhance communications and onboarding processes
• Lead end-to-end projects focused on service communications and build a communications archive in SharePoint

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• PMP certification desired
• Experience as a Project Manager with a background in B2B communications
• Proficiency in leveraging SharePoint for documentation and repository management
• Familiarity with Copilot AI Agents and emerging AI tools
