Project Manager - AI & Automation

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and operationalize the AI and automation intake pipeline and define the end-to-end pilot lifecycle
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of AI, automation, and RPA initiatives while managing the intake pipeline
• Synthesize insights across pilots to inform future design and scaling decisions while preparing materials for leadership forums

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in environments involving AI, automation, RPA, or emerging technologies
• Proven ability to drive execution and influence outcomes without direct authority
• Strong project management fundamentals, including planning and risk management
• PMP or similar certification is preferred
