Project Manager, AI Governance

Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional AI initiatives, the full-time Project Manager, AI Governance will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI programs remotely, ensuring alignment with Lenovo's enterprise AI strategy and regulatory compliance while managing project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple concurrent AI initiatives from intake through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Embed Responsible AI principles into project planning and execution, coordinating with governance, legal, and security teams
• Track and report on project health, preparing updates and executive summaries for senior management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, particularly with enterprise-scale technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and associated risks
• Experience working with Responsible AI, AI governance, or regulatory compliance programs
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
