Project Manager, AI Operations

Job Summary

As a full-time Project Manager, AI Operations, this remote position will own complex projects and defined programs that support Fetch's AI and automation initiatives, translating business objectives into operational plans while coordinating execution across teams and managing risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects and programs from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables and success metrics are achieved
• Convert established business priorities into actionable project plans, milestones, and workflows
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure efficient progress toward shared objectives

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with a strong understanding of LLMs, evaluations, and AI systems
• Proficiency in using AI and automation tools on a daily basis
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve operational challenges independently
• Strong proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable)
