Project Manager (Airtable)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Airtable) with a strong project management background and deep data organization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Airtable management for seven large-scale events, including multiple content bases and speaker-facing interfaces
• Design, build, and maintain complex Airtable bases supporting approximately 1,200+ sessions and 3,000+ speaker records
• Develop automated workflows, conduct UAT, and troubleshoot Airtable automations and integrations

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency with Airtable, including advanced bases, automations, and scripts
• Strong project management experience supporting complex, multi-workstream initiatives
• Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and supporting data analytics needs
• Hands-on experience conducting UAT and system validation
• Experience documenting processes and building scalable operational playbooks
