Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager & Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans for ICHRA product features and enhancements
• Serve as a servant leader and coach for agile development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies
• Track and report on project and agile metrics, providing insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of combined experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles
• 2+ years of direct experience in the healthcare industry
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), PMP, or equivalent certification required
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
