Job Summary

A company is looking for a Restaurant/Retail Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee work completed by Draftspersons and Assistant Project Managers
Interact with clients, building officials, landlords, and consultants
Manage multiple projects and clients efficiently

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
5-10 years of relevant experience; minimum 2 years as Assistant PM or Job Captain
Strong proficiency in REVIT; knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or Illustrator preferred
Experience drafting retail or commercial construction documents
Ability to interpret construction data and engineering drawings
