Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, College & Career Pathways, Southern AZ.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates collaboration among K-12, higher education, and employers to enhance career pathways
• Develops and maintains partnerships to expand career exploration and work-based learning opportunities
• Tracks and reports on career-connected pathways outcomes and supports strategic planning efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and training
• Experience in K-12, higher education, or workforce development, with strong networks in Pima County preferred
• Familiarity with Arizona K-12 accountability systems
• Experience in mentoring and developing skills in others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
