Project Manager Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of complex client-facing projects, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager will coordinate project execution, manage client communications, and track deliverables within the Class Action and Remediation practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate budget management, revenue forecasting, and invoice review to ensure projects remain within scope
• Partner with Project Managers to coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication across multiple engagements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and professional issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Experience in project management, project coordination, client services, or operations preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred; PMP certification is a plus
