Project Manager Baking Technology

Job Summary

Leading high-priority projects and programs, the full-time salaried Project Manager Baking Technology will drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and operational goals while supporting the transformation and efficiency of the Baking Technology and Commercialization organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, facilitating alignment across business leaders and stakeholders
• Drive executive reporting and communication, addressing risks and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field
• Seven or more years of experience in project management or related business functions
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Preferred experience with portfolio governance and formal project management methodologies
