Project Manager - Banking Construction

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for Banking Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Work with clients to prepare project elements such as scope of work, cost estimates, and schedules
• Direct project delivery teams and ensure project data integrity and documentation accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Experience in managing project delivery resources and risk mitigation
• Ability to coach others and demonstrate leadership in project management
