Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support a digital health transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain an integrated project plan, including timelines and critical path activities
• Establish and manage project governance, including status reporting and change control
• Oversee legacy system transition and decommissioning workstreams, ensuring operational continuity

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large scale, complex projects, preferably in healthcare
• Experience delivering initiatives within British Columbia's health system
• Proven experience with system transitions or decommissioning and service continuity planning
• Strong background in enterprise IM/IT environments and healthcare privacy practices
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred
