Project Manager - BPO Operations

Job Summary

Driving two concurrent initiatives, the full-time temporary Project Manager - BPO Operations will manage the onboarding of new BPO partners and design a Global Sales BPO Center of Excellence, working remotely within MST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project and change management plans for the New BPO Launch and Global Sales BPO Center of Excellence
• Build the official documentation of the BPO onboarding process and design a Partner Management Framework
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage communication strategies to ensure project timelines are met

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or change management
• Demonstrated experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Working experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cowork, ChatGPT, or Gemini
• Certification in project and change management, such as PMP or Agile, preferred
• Experience building documentation and frameworks where none previously existed
