Job Summary

To support the Brand Social team, the freelance Project Manager will manage end-to-end project delivery for social content campaigns and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution while working remotely from Santa Clara, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Own project management for social content campaigns, editorial calendars, and platform launches across various social media channels
• Build and maintain streamlined workflows to optimize the creative team's efficiency and reduce production friction
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute programs, managing agency relationships and tracking project status

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, specifically in social media content production
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Deep understanding of social media content production processes from creative brief to publishing
• Experience managing external creative agencies and optimizing their output
• Familiarity with social media management platforms and project management tools
