Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for the Build to Zero initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and communicate project timelines, coordinate with staff, and standardize processes within the Build to Zero workstream
  • Create compelling content to inform staff, support DEI goals, and participate in fundraising and Board committee stewardship objectives
  • Promote team culture, structure, and communication, and assist the Vice President with implementing new initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
  • Experience in project management, manipulating large data sets, handling confidential information, and managing relationships with senior-level staff
  • Strong personal organization, ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and demonstrated self-awareness and inclusivity
