Project Manager Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager or Business Analyst in Aftersales Quality Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and propose improvements for after-sales maintenance services
• Develop system specifications to meet new business needs and lead system development projects
• Collaborate with various divisions to enhance customer satisfaction and brand value through effective after-sales services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• TOEIC score of 730 or higher; proficiency in English for conference calls
• Experience in manufacturing or PLM-related system development
• At least 2 years of project management or business analyst experience in IT system development
• Familiarity with packaged products like SIEMENS Teamcenter or SaaS
• Experience in global project management is preferred
