Job Summary

Managing new business implementations, the full-time Project Manager, Business Implementation will lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to best practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of new business, maintaining communication to meet customer expectations
• Plan, organize, and control multiple project initiatives according to approved scope and schedule
• Engage with cross-functional teams to validate business scope and ensure the correct technologies are selected to meet customer requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred and 8 years of relevant experience
• Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
• Experience managing others, including contractors and suppliers
• Customer service driven with analytical and problem-solving aptitude
