Project Manager (Business Transformation)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Business Transformation PMO).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive disciplined delivery across a portfolio of revenue cycle and transformation initiatives
• Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with approved scope and outcomes
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and support change readiness as initiatives transition into production

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or transformation delivery
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare operations is preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
