Job Summary

Leading complex multifamily building projects, the full-time remote Project Manager - California will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and maintain accurate project documentation and status reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the relevant industry
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel, MS Project, and Procore
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively
