Job Summary

Managing end-to-end logistics for clinical business opportunities, the full-time Project Manager in California will oversee project management, customer relationship coordination, and cross-functional leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage logistics and administrative coordination for clinical business opportunities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
• Serve as the primary support contact for VIP customers, handling escalations and complex logistical inquiries
• Establish and manage standing orders while facilitating communication between clinical customers and internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management and customer-facing roles, preferably in life sciences
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and demonstrated project management skills
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and advanced Excel capabilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
