Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, National.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers and act as an escalation point during enterprise implementations
• Guide customer decision-making regarding implementation phases, resource requirements, and project schedules
• Develop and execute plans for user readiness and acceptance, consulting on best practices for the PointClickCare product suite

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the long-term care industry with successful SaaS project implementations
• 5+ years managing large, multi-site enterprise projects
• Experience working with C-level and senior management teams
• Previous experience with healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, Pharmacy) is desired
• Prior experience leading steering committee meetings
