Project Manager - Capital Planning

Job Summary

Managing multimillion-dollar project budgets and deadlines, the full-time remote Project Manager - Capital Planning will coordinate equipment planning and installation for large-scale capital projects while facilitating end-user capital decisions and supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and installation of capital equipment to meet project deadlines
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts related to capital sourcing and FF&E requirements
• Coordinate resource sharing and consensus-building processes with executive and clinical staff

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Construction Management, or equivalent education and experience
• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, construction management, project management, or equipment planning, preferably in a health system
